Grace H Garcia
Grace Garcia worked for the American Lung Association for 7 years as a Program Director in Fort Worth before going to the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) as a Training Coordinator in San Angelo. After 4 years with the SBDC in San Angelo, she then went to work for the University of Texas in San Antonio - Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) as the Training Coordinator for the department. During her tenure with the SBDC and the PTAC she gained experience on how to run a successful small business and how to work with the government. She has used this invaluable experience to successfully assist with the opening of Texas Lonestar Collision and to manage the daily operations of the shop. Excellent Customer Service is Grace's motto, as she knows first hand the importance of customer satisfaction. There is no better compliment than to be referred by someone.
Cassie came to work for Texas Lonestar Collision on 9/1/2017 as the Office Coordinator. She is a Longview, TX native and went to school at East TX Baptist University. Over the last 7 years, Cassie has managed several different businesses. With all this experience, she has mastered the art of customer service and is the first friendly face that you will see when you visit Texas Lonestar Collision. Cassie will go out of her way to help with insurance claims, make customers feel welcomed, and help reassure customers during the repair process of their vehicle.
Ricky Garcia started his auto body career in June of 2015. He is the youngest technician, but has gained a great deal of experience during his first year of employment. Ricky is an expert in dis-assembling and re-assembling vehicles. It comes natural to him. Before working with Texas Lonestar Collision, he worked at power plants working on windmill turbines. While there, he gained experience with machinery mechanics, which is useful knowledge for working with vehicles. As the owner of a 2007 yellow corvette, Ricky (like his father, Mario) has a love of cars and trucks and uses that passion to carefully put the finishing touches to the vehicles at the shop. Ricky is also one of our estimators and he will carefully review the damages of any vehicle to give our customer's a fair and honest estimate.
